Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from Sydney via Australia Post.

• $9.99 flat-rate Standard Post: your order will usually take 2-8 business days to arrive after shipping
• $14 flat-rate Express Post: your order will usually take 1-4 business days to arrive after shipping
  

You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped. Australia Post delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs will be applied at checkout. If you need shipping to another country, we can arrange it - please contact us at hello@hellobabymoccs.com.au. 

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS 

If an attempted delivery of your parcel is made but you are not at home, Australia Post will determine if the parcel can be left in a safe place. If not, the parcel will be taken to a post office and a card will be left at your address with details of how to collect your parcel, including pick-up timeframes. If your parcel isn't collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to the sender. 

If a parcel isn't picked up and is returned to us, please note that additional shipping costs (flat rate of $7) will apply to have the parcel re-shipped.
