Refund policy
Hello Baby Moccs offers refunds or exchanges on all products for any reason.
EXCHANGES AND CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS
If the shoes don’t fit your little one or you've changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (please note: we are happy to offer a 60 day return period over the Christmas period). Your product can be returned for an exchange or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of posting the new item back to you (available once per order).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. Refunds will be processed immediately after we have received your return items.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product is faulty, please contact us for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn.
To start a refund or replacement, contact us at hello@hellobabymoccs.com.au with:
- your order number
- details about the problem
- if possible, please also include photos so we can help to resolve the issue faster.
We may need the faulty product returned to us. If so, we will provide you with the return details.
Please note that many of our shoes are handmade, which means there may sometimes be small differences and variations between them.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Due to high shipping costs, we cannot offer exchanges on products shipped outside of Australia.
