How much is shipping within Australia?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for only $8 Australia-wide, or express shipping for $11. For orders over $100, standard shipping is FREE or you can upgrade to express for $3. See our shipping policy.
How long are shipping times?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from Queensland via Australia Post. Your order will usually take 2-8 business days to arrive with Standard Post, or 1-4 business days with Express Post. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.
For international orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and New Zealand, delivery time may be 14-25 days. You will receive an Australia Post tracking number.

If you change your mind or the shoes don’t fit your little one, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and your product can be returned for an exchange or refund.
We just ask that you cover the cost of posting the products back to us, and please post them within 5 days of contacting us (and email us the tracking number).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. Refunds will be processed immediately after we have received your return items. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will cover the cost of posting the new pair to you (available once per order).

Do you have a special 'gift' option?
We also offer a special gift greeting card and message option. You can purchase our bespoke full-size 'Especially for you' greeting card and add your own personal message, which we will then write onto the card ($2).
Where is Hello Baby Moccs located?
Hello Baby Moccs is an online boutique based at Moffat Beach on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. We are a 100% Australian owned and operated business.
Where are your products made?
We work closely with other small businesses in Canada and eastern China to source and manufacture moccasins and shoes that are trending overseas, to bring them directly and often exclusively to our Australian customers at affordable prices. We also manufacture our own exclusive Hello Baby Moccs shoes, including the Luna Linen Sneakers.
Why are soft-soled shoes important for babies and first walkers?
According to the Australian Podiatry Association, when your child first begins to walk, shoes should only be used when protection is needed from the ground. Allowing children to go barefoot or wear very soft shoes helps the foot to typically develop and assists in strengthening muscles, as well as development of balance and coordination.
While barefoot is best, it isn't always practical - especially when outdoors as your baby learns to walk on harsh or hot surfaces. The Hello Baby Moccs range of minimalist soft-soled baby shoes and toddler footwear, including genuine leather moccasins, ensure flexibility and allow little toes to grip the ground when walking, giving a barefoot feel. We are 100% committed to comfort and safety for little feet.
What is a baby moccasin?
Traditionally, a soft-soled moccasin is a heelless shoe made of soft leather. The sole is pulled up the sides of the foot and over the toes, where it is joined by a puckered seam to a U-shaped piece on top of the foot.
Today, our use of the term "moccasin" is a little more flexible. Our definition extends to shoes that embody this style, both aesthetically and functionally, but not strictly in the traditional form. Modern moccasins are designed to be appropriate for today's babies in their environment and lifestyles.
